From Personal Struggle to a Proven Playbook
Caregiver Playbook Inc. was founded by Delcinya Myles, a former family caregiver who personally faced the overwhelming bureaucracy and emotional toll of caring for a loved one. Delcinya spent years mastering programs like the IHSS Program, deciphering complicated forms, and fighting for the hours and resources her family deserved.
She quickly realized her personal notes, checklists, and strategies—her “playbook”—could become a lifeline for others. In 2025, that personal playbook evolved into a full nonprofit corporation (501(c)(3) application pending) with a single vision: to turn her hard-won expertise into actionable caregiver support for every family in need.
